What if I have free equipment?

What if I want to speak to a person directly?
Using the online form will allow our customer service representatives to contact you after reviewing your application file and merchant history. This will speed up the request time and allow us to answer any questions you may have specifically about your account.
When should I expect a call back?
Our merchant account representative will attempt to contact you no longer than 3-5 days after we receive your faxed closure form.
What if I need to close my account immediately?
The first step to closing your merchant account is faxing in the closure form. We will indicate receipt of your closure request the same day it is received. Please allow 30 days to process the request from the time we receive the form, exception if you have any free equipment.
